Senior Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Professional to join our team at Nokia. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology and customer support to take their career to the next level.
About the RoleThis role will involve providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, working effectively in a mixed environment and utilizing best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, advising, and performing corrective and/or preventive actions to resolve technical issues reported by customers. Additionally, you will ensure customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and quality performance levels.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with implementation, integration, acceptance tests, O&M, and/or Care for Telecommunication Products. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being an advantage.

What You Will Do- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Ensure SLA compliance and quality performance levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Fluent English skills, with additional languages being an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with implementation, integration, acceptance tests, O&M, and/or Care for Telecommunication Products
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
