Nokia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex issues related to Mobile Networks, IP Networks, and Linux operating systems;
  • Evaluate and resolve technical problems, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues;
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Nokia products and solutions, including Policy Controller (NPC) and Cloud Signaling Director (CSD);
  • Contribute to knowledge management and share best practices within the team;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
  • Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment;
  • Strong understanding of Mobile Core Telco protocols and call flows, as well as experience with Implementation, Integration, Acceptance Tests, O&M, and/or Care for Telecommunication Products;
  • Experience with Cloud-based technologies, including VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
