About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Associate to join our team at Support Shepherd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and its functionalities to effectively assist customers with diverse inquiries and issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, facilitating the resolution of product-related issues and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Manage customer access to our platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and account maintenance processes.
  • Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and related requests with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends, actively contributing to process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support team objectives and meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Stripe.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct interaction with engineers.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service/support roles, preferably in a technical or software-related field.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $61,400 - $75,600 per annum, based on location and experience.
