About the Role:
At FullStack Labs Inc., we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations build distributed software development teams. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in delivering transformational digital solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our incredible clients to understand their technical needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Work closely with our software development teams to build and deliver high-quality products.
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional customer support experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Understanding of software development cycle.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Zapier is preferred but not required.
- Experience with JSON and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Advanced English is required.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack Labs Inc. and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to clients.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
