Job DescriptionThe Technical Service Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and technical services to clients across various regions. This involves:
- Providing remote and on-site maintenance and repair services for Agfa products;
- Implementing projects and supporting ongoing initiatives;
- Driving customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and effective communication;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Agfa products and solutions;
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience;
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support roles, preferably in mission-critical IT systems;
- Demonstrated expertise in networking, operating systems, databases, remote connectivity, security, and digital medical image processing;
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Lotus Notes, and internet-based knowledge management systems;
- Proven organizational, time management, and adaptability skills;
- A strong understanding of the technical services business, product launch processes, and healthcare environments;
