Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical documentation and be able to interpret it for client support purposes. They will also have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and company-specific software systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with clients to diagnose technical issues and provide prompt solutions.
  2. Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological problems, ensuring clear communication.
  3. Offer backup solutions and alternatives whenever necessary to maintain system functionality.
  4. Conduct training sessions for clients on new hardware or software products.
  5. Utilize instruction manuals and documentation to help users effectively utilize software or hardware.
  6. Maintain detailed logs of client problems, solutions provided, and customer satisfaction levels.
  7. Collaborate with our Software Development Team to solve more complex technical issues.
