Job Brief

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to helm our sales team, drive growth, and spearhead the development of sales programs. As a key member of our organization, you will lead by example, foster a culture of excellence, and work closely with your team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to join our sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools and training to succeed.
  • Leverage your expertise in sales strategy to drive revenue growth, set and meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistently evaluate and improve team performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and exploring new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, driving process improvements and enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our sales team remains at the forefront of the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in sales leadership, with a focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling sales pitches, as well as develop and manage sales processes from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as knowledge of sales enablement tools like Apolo.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Native-level English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 per year + commission on SDR performance, with an OTE of $60,000 - $65,000 USD annually.
