About the Role
As a Customer Support Consultant at SupportYourApp, you will be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional support to our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer support via various communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet and exceed team performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in our industry.
- Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost care and discretion.
- Apply the latest customer happiness best practices to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services.
- Collaborate with developers and other departments across various IT companies.
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer support is a must.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Positive and responsible attitude.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
