Latin America Sales Director for Brazil Growth

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our growth strategy in Brazil. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategies to drive business expansion in this key market.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly sales targets and exceed revenue goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in Brazil
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and team success
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading a consultative sales process, with a strong understanding of sales methodology and techniques
- Superior coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and optimize sales processes
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
