Job Title: Sales Ambassador for Latin America
About Us: At Rocket, we're passionate about connecting with customers and delivering exceptional service. As a Sales Ambassador, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our team in Latin America. As a Sales Ambassador, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, identifying potential leads, and promoting our products or services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers in assigned markets or territories
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and referrals
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services tailored to customer needs
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and sales activities in our CRM system
- Address customer concerns and objections, offering suitable solutions to convert leads into sales
- Promote additional products or services where applicable to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure a consistent customer experience
- Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales results to management
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in a call center or sales environment)
Language: Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an advantage, especially for international campaigns
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain driven in a fast-paced sales environment
