Retail and Commercial Strategy Director Latin America

Our client is a leading beauty and skincare company operating in 16 countries, with a strong presence in cosmetics and skincare products. To drive growth in the retail channel in Latin America, they are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Director to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for the retail channel in Latin America, aligning with the company's overall commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that maximize sales and profitability in the channel, including pricing strategies and portfolio management.
- Work closely with countries to implement pricing strategies, quantities per category, and monitor the execution of these plans.
- Conduct quarterly competitive price analysis across all outlets, establishing a competitive strategy for each category.
- Develop CRM and remarketing initiatives to increase traffic, transactions, and average transaction value.
- Assess and maintain a competitive portfolio mix, coherent with store designs, through quarterly reviews of Share of Shelf (SOS) and Share of Business (SOB).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior retail management position within the beauty, skincare, fashion, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of direct sales, e-commerce, and brick-and-mortar store operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
