About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABB's Sales team in Colombia and Ecuador as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and improve market penetration in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and identify customer needs and align them with ABB's Drives portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determine plans for implementation, and allocate required resources.
  • Plan and execute product strategies according to market requirements.
  • Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.
  • Lead local pricing strategy and ensure division profitability.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • MBA or specialization in Marketing (desirable).
  • 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.
  • Enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical distribution portfolios.
  • Passionate about business strategy, market intelligence, customer experience success, and pricing excellence.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Availability to travel.
