Job Description

This role involves negotiating with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

  • Make outbound calls to establish connections with possible prospects.
  • Drive sales efforts and implement sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction for existing and potential clients.
  • Handle all aspects related to lead generation, lead qualification, research, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Cold calling to schedule demos for the sales director.
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns using Hubspot CRM and reach out to prospects.
  • Create new relationships and identify opportunities for companies looking to change their TMS.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should:

  • Believe in and be passionate about your work.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling.
  • Advanced English language skills, preferably C1 or C2 level.

  • A standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, following the American calendar.
  • An indefinite-term contract with benefits.
