Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dispensing doctors in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Research and evaluate sales policies to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met.
- Prioritize and coordinate key sales activities and inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Establish and maintain potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Manage groups of experienced professionals and/or team leaders or supervise large, complex production or operations teams.
Requirements:
Education: Master's / Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: years experience in similar roles.
3 years experience in team management.
Relevant experience in direct sales to dispensing doctors in the pharmaceutical industry required.
