Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in Colombia and Ecuador.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate and identify customer needs and align them with Drives portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determine plans for implementation, and allocate required resources.
- Plan and execute product strategies according to market requirements.
- Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.
- Lead local pricing strategy and assure the division profitability.
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- MBA or specialization in Marketing (desirable).
- 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.
- Enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical distribution portfolios.
- Passionate about business strategy, market intelligence, customer experience success, and pricing excellence.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Availability to travel.
