International Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a commercial strategy, achieving sales goals, and maintaining relationships with current partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives in the LATAM region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a international environment
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English
- University degree in a relevant field, such as business or economics
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
