We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Canadian market.

Job Description

This is a remote sales position that involves selling Medtronic's products and retaining end-user patients in the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales goals and a proven ability to identify and close leads.

Responsibilities include providing input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies, as well as promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and responding to customer concerns and problems, arranging demonstrations of products by field sales representatives, and assisting field sales representatives in planning and executing sales activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Economic fields or healthcare-related fields such as Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Bacteriology, Physiotherapist, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in remote sales
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, detailed, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Based in Bogotá
