Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health and Wellness Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through our innovative approach to health and wellness products.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales calls from customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Utilize our proprietary sales methodology to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, generating significant revenue through additional product sales.
- Collaborate with our CRM and phone system to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our health and wellness products, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems.
