About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telemedicine Sales Representative to join our US-based team. As a key player in transforming healthcare accessibility, you will connect medical professionals with innovative telemedicine and in-office medical solutions, directly impacting patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic cold calls to medical offices, promoting cutting-edge telemedicine and in-office medical services.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up calls, building and maintaining engagement with potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for further discussions or demonstrations of services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software, updating call outcomes and lead information.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a focus on clear and persuasive verbal abilities.
  • Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining detailed, accurate records.
  • BASIC understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • Resilience and professional demeanor when handling objections or rejection.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a US-based team.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule within the 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM timeframe (EST).
