Senior Brand Manager LATAM.
Bogotá Based. Full Time. Permanent.
Hybrid Modality (2 days onsite)
The candidate MUST live in Bogotá.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end branding support, from planning to execution in alignment with LatAm Marketing Director, understanding brand needs, segments priorities and global vision & guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide & Influence brand managers to execute brand, NPD's platforms with local adaptation to support brand growth in a consistent & unify manner in a profitable way (understanding the differences and needs of different markets & brand position).
  • Provide strategic guidance to brand managers to ensure brand consistency and growth across LATAM markets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of Brand Management experience.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, AC Nielsen.
  • Multi mass PC Segments (Skin Care; Shaving Preps; Deodorants; Feminine Care; Sun Care) business experience is a PLUS.
  • English level advanced. (Capable of leading a business presentation)
