Latin America Sales Manager Position

We are looking for a seasoned and driven Sales Manager to lead our team in the Latin American market.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and hitting team quotas.

You will lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists and work closely with the Head of Sales to implement process changes and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.

Your primary focus will be on conducting group trainings and individual coaching sessions to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

You will also be responsible for providing regular performance reports and ensuring all team members adhere to company processes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced language proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as extensive experience in telemarketing sales (3+ years) and sales management (3+ years).

A strong understanding of CRM software and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $1500 USD gross per month, plus commissions that can bring your total compensation up to $2500 USD gross per month.

Our team is comprised of international professionals working remotely from home, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work environment.
