Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a world-leading in vitro diagnostics company, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
The Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Organize and manage customer relationships, including sales promotions, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with directors and managers to develop and implement sales plans and campaigns.
- Manage the development and servicing of laboratory accounts and channels to achieve business sales.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and margins through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Forecast sales volumes and identify opportunities for growth.
- Acquire new accounts and register them into our CRM tool.
- Report results against forecasts and adjust business plans as needed.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of sales plans, business plans, and product development plans.
- Solve complex problems and customer complaints.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and develop pipeline management skills.
- Grow installed bases and perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in Dx marketing and sales.
- Expert level in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Market analysis, attention to detail, timely decision-making, and commercial acumen.
- Customer focus, relationship management, negotiation, and influence.
