About the Opportunity

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a world-leading in vitro diagnostics company, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

The Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Organize and manage customer relationships, including sales promotions, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with directors and managers to develop and implement sales plans and campaigns.
  • Manage the development and servicing of laboratory accounts and channels to achieve business sales.
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and margins through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Forecast sales volumes and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Acquire new accounts and register them into our CRM tool.
  • Report results against forecasts and adjust business plans as needed.
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of sales plans, business plans, and product development plans.
  • Solve complex problems and customer complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and develop pipeline management skills.
  • Grow installed bases and perform other work-related duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Dx marketing and sales.
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Market analysis, attention to detail, timely decision-making, and commercial acumen.
  • Customer focus, relationship management, negotiation, and influence.
