About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sustainable growth in our divisions within the CVCA region.

This role involves consolidating the sales force to maintain, develop, and strengthen our market share, while meeting the Group's financial objectives.

You will be responsible for designing and executing sales plans that align with our strategic objectives, supervising and motivating the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a professional degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or a related field, along with 5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager and 10 years in roles related to Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Negotiations, Sales Management, and Market Knowledge.

You should also possess technical expertise in mining equipment, preferably with experience in managing teams of over 20 people.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales plans that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team, setting goals and evaluating performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure a comprehensive offering
  • Provide ongoing training to the sales team on products, sales techniques, and best practices
  • Meet the financial objectives of the Group in terms of efficiency, working capital, functional costs, and more
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, establishing clear metrics and objectives
  • Identify and develop new clients and potential markets to expand the customer base
  • Convey information on product performance and customer satisfaction to the product development team
