About the RoleThis role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing partners, executing account planning, leading joint marketing activities, and driving business growth through proactive partnership management.
- The successful candidate will lead the process of acquiring new partners in alignment with HQ and regional sales management goals.
- They will be responsible for ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements and driving adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Developing high-value relationships with partners and customers is also a key aspect of this role.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that Infobip solutions, sales approaches, and go-to-market activities within the region provide value to partners in their portfolio.
- Facilitating access to Partner Portal (PRM), MindTickle, and other connected features for users of the partner is also a responsibility.
- Organizing Partnership related events and driving similar initiatives/activities related to improving Infobip's relationship with the partners is another key duty.
- Developing local relationships with Partners and facilitating connection with other internal resources whenever needed is essential.
- Monitoring partners' sales cycles and helping acquire new customers for an assigned set of idle partners based on scoring is also a critical task.
- Fueling customer acquisitions and partner growth through continuous management of partnerships in their portfolio and collaboration with Infobip's Sales representatives in all relevant markets is a key performance indicator.
- Forecasts business growth, tracks and analyzes existing relationships with Partners, and identifies further areas of opportunity for growth.
- Meets assigned quarterly targets through existing and target Partnerships in their portfolio.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with productive partner relationships.
- Recognizes opportunities for partners to utilize benefits of the program like MDF and facilitates and helps partners to use those benefits.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
