Regional Product Growth Manager

Product Sales and Growth Specialist role involves driving the growth of dedicated products and/or groups of products in the region, across all target verticals and customer types. The focus is on translating product performance targets into regional targets and activities to achieve the best balance between effort and outcome.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet sales targets and targets for the detected account list.
- Develop and execute regional and product go-to-market strategies.
- Drive product adoption in the region, supporting sales activities with product knowledge to increase opportunity closing rates.
- Define and develop effective go-to-market strategies and customer segmentations, updating on features missing or not applicable to capture market share, and communicating blockers observed on the market.
- Maintain a strong bond with HQ.
- Identify key areas of growth and develop strategies and initiatives (jointly with the local team and HQ) to exploit these opportunities and remove potential blockers.
- Align with Regional Sales Managers on key Q/Y priorities, initiatives, and markets, providing input on new areas of growth for the SaaS offering, while aligning marketing strategy.
- Keep regional team members updated on the latest product features and releases, ensuring a better solution offering for targeted clients.
- Analyze the product pipeline in the region, driving clear tactics to enhance, overcome gaps, and achieve targets.
- Regularly sync with HQ (PSM) for sharing regional product feedback and insights, bringing attention to specific regional use cases or ICP, pricing, and market-specific commercial conditions, with solutions to address them.
- Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, and help remove roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles.
- Work with marketing to capitalize on product wins and create social proof and positive noise.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management, with a consistent and successful sales track record, and experience in the Telecom industry required.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Messaging experience is a plus, and/or CPaaS highly desired.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
- Experience with negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects and customers.
- Flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excited and motivated to drive the growth of a cutting-edge consumer brand.
- Will and able to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proficient with various technical tools, such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
