Key Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business expansion in the Colombian market.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with distributors, hospitals, and clinics across the region. They will collect valuable market insights and feedback to ensure a seamless sales channel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain robust relationships with distributors, facilitating smooth communication between suppliers, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities with prospective local partners and key medical establishments.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the development of periodical sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling hemodialysis consumables.
  2. Bachelor's degree in English, international trade, biology, or medical science.
  3. Colombian nationality.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with independence and self-motivation.

What We Offer:

An attractive estimated salary range is $500,000 - $700,000 COP (approximately $120,000 - $170,000 USD) per year, commensurate with experience.
