Job Title: Regional Retail Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Retail Manager to join our team in Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing our retail talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in assigned districts and stores, monitoring performance metrics to drive business decisions.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure store appearance meets regional guidelines, implementing initiatives to reduce shrinkage, improve inventory management, and optimize loss prevention measures.
- Talent Development: Lead, motivate, and provide feedback to direct reports, fostering their performance development and ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with Store Operations Manager/Retail Training Manager to define a yearly training calendar for store personnel, providing input to enable stores to create accurate forecasts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect, review, and analyze weekly store reports, monitoring net sales, operational markdowns, cycle counts, stock takes, shrinkage, and inventory accuracy to ensure achievement of operational retail targets and KPIs.
