Role Overview:

As the International Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in formulating a commercial strategy, meeting sales objectives, and actively pursuing new client relationships while nurturing existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek and establish business partnerships in international markets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring effective collaboration within the designated region.
  • Oversee the sales plan and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Manage the budget for the LATAM region effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive support to international clients, including travel for business purposes (approximately 40% of your time).
  • Conduct monthly sales data analysis for the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute both short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive offerings and collaborate with the R&D team to enhance product offerings.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in international sales.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • University degree in business, economics, or a related field, preferably in electronics or telecommunications.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Team-oriented with a quick learning ability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment, organizational skills, and independence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (around 40% of your time).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
