Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our global team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to cold call lists, engaging with prospective customers, and driving sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct confident and professional calls to cold call lists, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers, think critically, and adapt to address questions or objections.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Preferably in outbound sales or a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
  • Confidence: Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
  • Dialer Software: Proficiency in using dialer software (e.g., 59Dialer) or similar tools.
