Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive sales growth for Rubbermaid Commercial Products in Medellín, Colombia.

This role will be responsible for developing business opportunities with top-end user accounts across specific verticals (Hospitality, Transportation, Manufacturing, Food Service, and BOH) in the region.

The successful candidate will build strong commercial relationships by identifying opportunities to solve end-user needs and develop new opportunities to reach best-in-class standards and practices.

This position will achieve monthly sales targets as well as a number of end-user visits during the period.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Service current end-user database by visiting facilities, identifying needs, presenting product solutions, and following up on sales opportunities to increase product listing.
  2. Work closely with users and decision-makers inside top end-users to build strong, long-lasting end-user relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  3. Arrange product demonstrations and training with end-users to show product features, benefits, and advantages against competitor products.
  4. Follow up on end-user negotiations to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Feed and update the Salesforce.com tool with status and information on end-user negotiations.
  5. Research the market for opportunities and identify new potential end-users aligned with RCP strategy.
  6. Cold calling potential customers and building relationships with new end-users to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
  7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and attending industry conferences and events.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing.
  2. 1 year of experience in sales.
  3. Intermediate English skills.
  4. Travel requirements: Yes.
Estimated Salary:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
