**Job Summary:**

As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for Puulse Marketing.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for generating leads and moving them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer. You will understand the potential client's needs, qualify their interest, and transfer them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing. Additionally, you will keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies, and participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends. Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and move them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer.
  2. Understand the potential client's needs, qualify their interest, and transfer them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing.
  3. Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies.
  5. Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
  6. Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
  2. Proficiency in English.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
  5. Selected candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.

Salary:** $5.00 USD per hour, after training is complete it's $5.00 USD + commission. The total estimated salary per year is approximately $45,696 USD based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year, assuming a 10% commission on top of the base salary.
