The Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets, create sales opportunities through outbound campaigns, and self-generate leads by researching potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop positive relationships with current and potential clients, communicate their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, customizing proposals based on each client's specific business needs.
  • Networking and Conferences: Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network and represent the company professionally.
  • Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off.

Requirements:

  • Some sales/client-facing experience (1-4 years) or equivalent in HR, Recruiting, or other external/internal client-facing roles.
  • Great charisma, personable negotiation skills, and excellent English communication skills.
  • Able to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation.
  • VISA/ability to travel to the US for business purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho for maintaining client activities.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced university student.
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry.
  • Understanding of the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US.
  • Experience selling professional services in IT and understanding technical terminology, platforms, and tools.
