Job Title: Account Growth Specialist
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description: As an Account Growth Specialist at Puulse Marketing, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Your key responsibilities will include video calls with new customers to integrate our software with their social media profiles and CRMs, providing product overviews, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding, and providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess proficient computer skills, patience, and experience in sales or customer service. You must also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
