Job Description
This role is an entry-level position within the CSG International Service Desk, focused on handling initial customer inquiries or incidents. As a critical point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, creating tickets, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
About the Job
As Customer Support Associate, you will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to provide prompt and professional service, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner
- Create and manage incident records, ensuring accurate documentation of details and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or external teams as needed
- Collaborate with internal resources to identify and implement incident resolution strategies
