Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via chat and email
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Experience in customer support is essential
  • Analytical and research skills to resolve complex issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
