Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat and email.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer support and experience.

  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality support services.

  • Complying with all established internal protocols to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This position also offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
