As a Customer Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to clients from over 30 countries, speaking more than 60 languages.
About the Role:
- Provide expert-level customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to team success
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Work securely with sensitive customer information
- Apply best practices in customer happiness and satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Foster effective collaboration with developers and other departments within various IT companies
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in customer support is essential
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
