Territory Sales Manager

Brock11 is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to support the roofing and waterproofing brand in the San Francisco Bay area, Napa, Alameda, San Mateo, and Delano regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with contractors and distributors.
- Routine visits to review product sales, inventory, and merchandising promotions at distributor locations.
- Collaborate with outside sales reps to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Facilitate training programs for contractors and distribution partners, ensuring they have the necessary product knowledge.
- Conduct in-person product knowledge (PK) classes to educate customers on our products.
- Maintain relationships with distribution sales teams and attend contractor events to build brand awareness.
- Follow up on special order quotes and purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an accounts manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, plus a base bonus opportunity of up to $38,000. A successful Territory Sales Manager can earn more than the base salary due to the bonus multiplier.
