In this role, you will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide timely resolutions through various communication channels. You will become an expert in Podium products, leveraging your knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and value. We encourage collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- A strong background in software-as-a-service (SaaS) customer support, with examples of influencing customers positively.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple online software or SaaS products, as well as IT expertise.
- The ability to balance working independently and contributing to team goals, while prioritizing high-impact work.
- Familiarity with basic web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
