About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Support Specialist to join our team. As a Portfolio Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care to merchants via calls, emails, and tickets.
- Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve merchants' concerns promptly.
- Reach out to merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions to help improve services.
- Ensure customer loyalty through rate reviews and prompt support.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of premier merchants.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with merchants effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of merchant interactions.
- Ability to understand and solve problems with a positive attitude.
- A team player who enjoys working toward a common goal.
- Comfortable and versatile when working in a dynamic environment with various tasks.
- Strong time management skills.
- Reliable and committed to providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
