About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Support Specialist to join our team. As a Portfolio Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer care to merchants via calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term fixes.
  • Collaborate with different teams to resolve merchants' concerns promptly.
  • Reach out to merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions to help improve services.
  • Ensure customer loyalty through rate reviews and prompt support.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of premier merchants.

Requirements:



  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with merchants effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of merchant interactions.
  • Ability to understand and solve problems with a positive attitude.
  • A team player who enjoys working toward a common goal.
  • Comfortable and versatile when working in a dynamic environment with various tasks.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Reliable and committed to providing excellent service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
