Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Brunswick is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Teams in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Regularly monitor, maintain, and upgrade Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint sites, and Teams environments.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Teams usage to enhance collaboration across the organization in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users on Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
