**Job Title:** Customer Service Portfolio Specialist

At Nuvei Corp, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused portfolio support specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with merchants.

**About the Role:

As a Customer Service Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our premier merchants through various channels, including calls, emails, and tickets. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive experience for our merchants, resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to merchants through various channels
  • Engage with merchants via calls, emails, and tickets to ensure a positive experience
  • Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term fixes
  • Work with different teams to resolve merchants' concerns promptly using world-class customer care skills
  • Reach out to merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction
  • Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to help us improve our services

**Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales
  • Good communication skills to connect with merchants effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of merchant interactions
  • Ability to understand and solve problems with a positive attitude
  • A team player who enjoys working toward a common goal
