Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Quorum Software. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong technical skills in software technologies such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
