About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at Torre. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of payroll consolidation services and other Human Resources services for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for assigned clients, including updates, payroll payments, tax filings, and third-party payments.
  • Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports, both those required by local legislation and those agreed upon with the client globally.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal operation protocols.
  • Attend meetings to improve processes with the team and assigned clients.
  • Address queries from accounting teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Mediate in billing processes and manage cash flow with the Treasury Department.
  • Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms.
  • Generate reports for internal processes.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service and Microsoft Excel.
  • Beginner in Payroll.
  • Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
  • English - Conversational.
