As the contact point for Consumer Retail B and Resellers, you will build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, always aiming to find the products that best fit their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with Distributors to fulfill 2ndTier and Retail B requirements.
  • Analyze data to better understand client needs and behavior.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Improve the client buying experience.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
