As the contact point for Consumer Retail B and Resellers, you will build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, always aiming to find the products that best fit their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of our products.
- Collaborate with Distributors to fulfill 2ndTier and Retail B requirements.
- Analyze data to better understand client needs and behavior.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Improve the client buying experience.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team environment.
