At Alarm.com, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our international team, you'll be responsible for driving the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the training and tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing product support and training to partners via webinars and on-site.
  • Champion and advocate for partner requirements by gathering feedback from the field on how we can improve our product and processes.
  • Represent Alarm.com at various trade shows and events.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of our product features to respond to partner inquiries.
  • Create training materials to facilitate ongoing training for partners.
  • Conduct local and remote tests for new features in close cooperation with Product Managers and Quality Engineers.
  • Drive adoption of key tools impacting partner business operations.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Engineering, Math, or Sciences preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Other languages are a plus.
  • A self-starter who can operate independently.
  • Proficiency in consumer, cloud, and IoT technology.
  • Strong people skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and travel up to 50% within the LATAM region.
