Job Title: Sr Manager, Account Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Manager, Account Management to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with airline partners in the LATAM region, with a focus on the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with airline partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in airline IT and distribution or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with airline partners and internal stakeholders.
