Lead Payments Specialist with Operational Excellence

Overview:

Betsson Group seeks a seasoned Lead Payments Specialist to spearhead our Payments and Fraud Team in Colombia. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless payment experiences for our customers.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the Payments Analyst or Shift Leaders, fostering a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and maintain efficient processes, applications, tools, and training programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize errors.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive growth and improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with teams to ensure top-notch quality service and deliverables, meeting strict KPIs and SLAs.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and implement improvements on sites, products, and processes, working closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promoting collaboration, open communication, and employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of payment operations, fraud prevention, and risk management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, AML, and RG.
