Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis for real estate operations, preferably in multifamily, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with senior housing operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM software.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems and regulations.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management and change implementation.
- Candidates with strong CRE operations experience.
