As part of our Technology Operations function, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of plans and initiatives that support our business strategies and objectives.
The Executive Director, Operational Excellence will be responsible for managing a variety of technology operations programs that meet technology operations goals.
This includes:
- Designing and implementing operation programs that affect technology operations;
- Performing change management by working with key business, technology, and operational teams;
- Managing and continuously improving existing technology programs;
- Keeping senior leaders informed of program statuses;
- Designing and producing reporting on program-related KPIs;
- Engaging key stakeholders and senior leadership for KPIs analysis to achieve program performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in business operations, consulting or a related field.
They will have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as an agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
